Your Breathwork Coach
Hi, I’m Niamh!
A trauma‑informed breathwork coach with a decade of experience in human services. I discovered breathwork through my own healing journey 7 years ago. I spent years living inside my head, analysing every thought, feeling and experience, avoiding ever having to actually feel or be present. I experienced chronic stress from working in helping professions. I was painfully self‑aware but was unable to shift old patterns.
Breathwork became the tool that changed that. It helped me feel, process and release what I’d been holding, learn how to find safety in my body again, feel grounded and capable of handling life's challenges and make important changes. I decided to study and become a breathwork facilitator, because I am passionate about supporting others experiencing the same things I was to come home to themselves.
I bring that lived experience, clinical understanding and practical skill to guide others gently and safely through their own process of regulation, embodiment and recovery.
What I Offer
1:1 and small-group transformational breathwork coaching and daily nervous system support. Sessions are available online and in person (Melbourne, Australia).
Individual sessions: tailored breathwork and nervous system regulation practices to safely work through trauma, anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress.
Small-group sessions: intimate groups for shared transformational work.
Daily nervous system support: pragmatic tools and short practices you can use each day to stabilise, regulate and build resilience.
Flexible delivery: one-off sessions, short courses, or ongoing coaching packages available online or in person in Melbourne, Aus.
